I am a women’s college soccer graduate and proud Team Boca Soccer Club alumna with a strong background in collegiate athletics and player development. I competed for Division II Lincoln Memorial University, where I contributed to winning two conference championships.

Having gone through the college recruiting process myself, I understand the challenges athletes and families face in gaining the right exposure. Over the years, I’ve built valuable relationships with club and college coaches and developed a clear understanding of what coaches look for—both in a recruiting video and in a complete student-athlete profile.

With this experience, I founded Stafford Productions, a company created to support athletes in navigating the college and professional recruiting landscape. Our mission is to make the process more efficient, accessible, and successful for every player we work with.

I am a multilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese) professional soccer player and performance analyst currently working with the U.S. National Team. My background combines high-level playing experience and deep recruiting knowledge. I previously was invited to play for the MLS team, San Jose Earthquakes, for preseason after graduating from Lincoln Memorial University (NCAA.) Additonally, played for Atlético Atlanta, where we won the 2020 National Championship,

Having personally gone through the recruiting process twice—transferring from a junior college to a four-year university—I understand exactly what players experience at every stage. Before joining the national team, I worked as a college recruiter, helping athletes earn opportunities to play at the collegiate level.

Over the years, I’ve built strong connections with club, college, and professional coaches across the soccer landscape. My experience on both the recruiting and performance sides of the game gives me a unique understanding of what coaches look for—not just in a highlight video, but in a player’s overall profile and potential.
